From his time as a reporter he focused his work on oppressive working conditions for migrants, military operations in the Pacific and the initiative to make Hawaii become in a state. He died in 2006.

Shortly before his death, after enduring a long illness, he had been appointed by the IAPA as Honorary Life President of the Committee on Freedom of the Press and Information.

When her husband dies, Mr. Angel Ramos, she presides over the El Mundo group of companies in Puerto Rico. In 1968 she received the María Moors Cabot Award. For almost 50 years she was president of the Angel Ramos Foundation. As a result of his second marriage, the only case in the history of the IAPA was presented in which both spouses have been presidents of the institution. She was the fiorst woman president of IAPA.

Journalist, lawyer and professor. He entered La Nación de Buenos Aires in the 20s, where he did his entire career. He started by biting cables from the news agencies and ended up being the deputy editor of the newspaper for two decades. He was one of the first presidents of the Asociación de Entidades Periodísticas de Argentina, ADEPA. (Association of Argentine Journalistic Entities). Considered in his time a "leader of generations of Argentine journalists".

He passed away in 2001.
