MIAMI, Florida (November 15, 2010)—During its 66th General Assembly, held November 5-9 in Mérida, Mexico, the Inter American Press Association (IAPA) chose its new officers. Gonzalo Marroquín of the Guatemala City, Guatemala, newspaper Prensa Libre was elected the hemisphere organization’s president for the 2010-2011 period.
To serve with Marroquín during his presidency are Scott C.
