Miami (October 19, 2012).—The Inter American Press Association (IAPA) announced today that it has posted on its Web site videos of the main panel discussions, speeches and presentations made during its recent 68th General Assembly held in São Paulo, Brazil.
This informational material can be seen on the Web site www.sipiapa.org. The IAPA production team is continuing to work on other videos which will become available in the next few days.
Also posted are the country-by-country reports, resolutions and conclusions adopted in São Paulo in English, Spanish and Portuguese, the organization’s three official languages, and the text of the acceptance speech of the new IAPA president, Jaime Mantilla Anderson, executive editor of the Quito, Ecuador, newspaper Hoy.

The IAPA General Assembly brought together more than 570 delegates from all the organization’s member newspapers in the Western Hemisphere and observers from other parts of the world.
