DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS WHEREAS next December 10 will be the 50th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights this Declaration establishes, among others, freedom of expression and of the press and condemns any obstacles to them THE IAPA GENERAL ASSEMBLY RESOLVES to join in the worldwide celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the basis of human coexistence in freedom to recommend that all members join in this celebration and publish the Declaration, streSSing the articles concerning the right to freely seek, receive and publish information and opinion in any medium without interference.
