American Convention on Human Rights draft legislation has been proposed to repeal restrictive laws on the subject
THE 50TH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE IAPA RESOLVES
to urge the Legislative Assembly to repeal all legislation that harms press freedom and the right to information to express its solidarity with the efforts being made to bring about the full application of human rights principies contained in relevant international conventions.
