WHEREAS
the Board of Directors of the Inter American Press Association Technical Center proposes a change in its name to conform to its present role this decision requires the consent of the Board of Directors and registration in the State of New York,
where it was originally incorporated
THE 50TH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE IAPA RESOLVES
to change the name of the IAPA Technical Center to IAPA Press Institute to require that in any mention in its bylaws the name IAPA Technical Center be changed to IAPA Press Institute
to require that such change be notified to the appropriate office in the State of New York so that the new name be registered and incorporated into the original by-laws
to authorize the corresponding officers of the Technical Center to take the necessary steps to make this resolution official and operative.
