INTER AMERICAN PRESS ASSOCIATION WHEREAS the lAPA TechnicaI Center has decided to change its name to IAPA Press Institute given the relationship of the IAPA Technical Center and the lnter American Press Association, such decision requires changes to the latter's bylaws THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE INTER AMERICAN PRESS ASSOCIATION RESOLVES to change the words IAPA Technical Center to IAPA Press Institute wherever they may appear in the bylaws to authorize the officers of the Inter American Press Association to incorporate this and other changes into the bylaws at the appropriate office in the State of New York, where they were originally incorporated to authorize the officers of the lnter American Press Association to take the necessary action to carry out this resolution. Adopted this 18th. day of October, 1994, in Toronto, Cana da, during the 50th General Assembly of the Inter American Press Association
