Tom Wallace (1950-1951) Louisville Times, Kentucky
He was an outstanding editor, fore runner of the defense of natural resources and the environment and a constant friend of the relations between the north and the south of the hemisphere. Under his presidency the statutes of the IAPA were created. He died in 1961.
