When her husband dies, Mr. Angel Ramos, she presides over the El Mundo group of companies in Puerto Rico. In 1968 she received the María Moors Cabot Award. For almost 50 years she was president of the Angel Ramos Foundation. As a result of his second marriage, the only case in the history of the IAPA was presented in which both spouses have been presidents of the institution. She was the fiorst woman president of IAPA.
