He was the Responsible Director of the newspaper O Estado de S. Paulo when his father died, who was also President of the IAPA (1974-75). Former President of the Press Institute of the IAPA. Studies in Faculty of Education at the University of Sao Paulo. The newspaper integrated Grupo Estado with radio El Dorado AM and FM, and the largest news agency in Brazil, Agencia Estado.
