Uruguayan journalist. Until 2009 he was director of the Semanario Búsqueda de Montevideo. He directed the Information and Dissemination Center of the Presidency of Uruguay. Columnist in different newspapers of the continent. In 1997 he received the recognition of the Bar Association of San Isidro (Buenos Aires) for his "defense of press freedom".He won the prize María Moors Cabot en 1992.
