Miami (July 3, 2026) - Artificial intelligence is no longer a promise for the news media industry; it is a reality that is transforming the way content is produced, distributed, and monetized. The program will combine keynote presentations, panel discussions, case studies, hands-on workshops, and networking opportunities designed to provide practical tools and immediately applicable insights.
The opening session on July 28 will include the in-person meeting of the Google News Initiative AI Video Lab, a program developed jointly by IAPA and Google to strengthen the production, distribution, and monetization of audiovisual content through artificial intelligence in Latin American media. The workshop is intended exclusively for representatives of the 40 media organizations selected for the program.
In addition, on Wednesday, July 29, a special training session led by Irina Sternik, trainer for the Personal Redacciones5G program, will focus on emerging tools, practical applications, and innovative methodologies to enhance journalistic work.
