Argentine architect and director of La Prensa, Buenos Aires for 20 years. The military dictatorship closed and confiscated the newspaper and had to go into exile in Montevideo until the recovery of the newspaper, five years later. He received in 1996 the prize The Americas Foundation, in New York. He died at 90 in 2014.
