the Knight-Ridder Financial News story was completely in line with accepted and routine journalistic practice
the Brazilian Foreign Press Association and the Brazilian Journalists Unions have protested the pressure, which occurred as recently as October 20
THE 47th GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE IAPA RESOLVES
to strongly protest to the government of Brazil about the pressure on these two journalists to disclose their sources, and to demand that it cease it immediately.
