WHEREAS
on the grounds of security, the army of El Salvador has denied foreign correspondents permission to enter battle zones
THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE IAPA RESOLVES
to urge the government of El Salvador to let correspondents be the judges of their own safety, as is the predominant practice in conflicts throughout the world.
