the United States government has applied recent reforms in the law by Sen. Moynihan as meaning that such persons seeking entry visas must go through the humiliating procedure of asking for a waiver
THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE IAPA RESOLVES
to forcefully ask the U.S. goverment.to drop the requirement that such persons seeking entry visas must ask for waivers
to support all efforts in Congress to repeal those portions of the McCarran-Walter Act.
