From a small Argentine newspaper, he was the first scholarship winner to arrive in the USA. He attended The Medill School of Journalism, Northwestern University. He returned to his newspaper, La Voz de San Justo, in San Francisco, Argentina, where he is now a member of the Board of Directors and Administrative Council. “In the beginning,” he said, I thought that what I had learned in the U.S. was Martinez of very little relevance to the press in Argentina, considering the enormous difference in technology between both countries in those days; however, with a slow but progressive pace I applied that rich experience in the development of our newspaper and it has been quite fruitful.”
