WHEREAS
Lee Hills, former president of the IAPA, has been outstandingly active in the organization for more than five decades
both as president and a former president of the lAPA he has been one of those who has contributed most to guaranteeing the financial and professional stability of the organization
in recognition of this contribution, he has earned the gratitude of all the members of the IAPA and therefore at its meeting on July 12, 1996, in Miami the Executive Committee named honorary life president of the IAPA, as well as honorary chairman of the 52nd General Assembly held in Los Angeles

THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE IAPA RESOLVES
to ratify the decisions of the Executive Committee, which at its meeting on ]uly 12 named Lee Hills honorary life president of the IAPA and honorary chairman of the 52nd General Assembly
to arrange for a plaque and diploma embodying the decisions of this General Assembly and the Executive Committee to be presented to Lee Hills.
