to this day, despite all the efforts of law enforcement agencies, there is no news of his whereabouts

to condemn in the strongest possible terms this kidnapping and the attack on personalliberty and freedom of expression that it represents
to call for the inmediate release of Cristián L. Edwards del Río, safe and unharmed
to express its sympathy to the Edwards family, long-time members of the IAPA, in these distressing times.
